How we develop an experience strategy

Strategic analysis
We will start by analyzing the strategy of your product. We will make sure what your brand promise is, the solution and the value it delivers to customers, and how these issues are implemented and addressed in communication across the user journey.
Research
We will check what customers think of you. We will start by conducting exploratory research with users (we will conduct in-depth individual interviews, diary research, for example). We will explore what the competition is doing, collect benchmarks and trends to be able to be inspired in the process of creating solutions.
Strategy design
Based on research findings and strategic goals, we will create design assumptions that will tell us what unique customer experience we want to provide. Then, together with your team, we will take care of generating solutions. We turn those with the greatest potential into solutions in the form of mock-ups or prototypes.
Testing with users
Prototypes of solutions — for example in the form of interface mockups — will be shown to your customers. We will ask you to indicate the best elements. Thanks to this, we will identify those that aroused positive and expected emotions in customers. We turn the selected elements into the final solution.
Development and implementation of the solution
We will select the right competencies to design a complete product that will deliver the expected experience. We will consult the project at implementation so that the end result does not deviate from the design.
Design, implementation and analysis of measures of experience
Our team will prepare a set of measures that will allow us to assess the impact of the project on the customer experience and customer satisfaction. We will use ready-made frameworks such as HEART score or Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), but we will also design our own specific measures to measure a given experience. We will periodically analyze them to improve solutions and achieve better results.

The Zero workshop is a 4-hour meeting where we will clarify the problems and challenges of your product/project together. Its purpose is to indicate several solution scenarios and choose the most optimal one for your product. One that you will be able to accomplish within a given time and budget. You can entrust the implementation of the project to us or ask another agency for it.
A week before the workshop we will meet for a 45-minute preparatory videoconference. Data we may ask you for:
- information about your customers/recipients and their problems
- if you have a customer service department, collect information about what problems customers/users come to them with
- data from analytics, data on people, segments
- Your current business strategy

- presentation of micro audit,
- analysis of your product prepared by Zima (or competitors, if your product does not already exist),
- creating a list of elements that need to be worked through from your point of view,
- describing the segments (persons) to which you direct your solution. Writing out challenges and problems to address,

The final result of the workshop will be influenced by its entire course.

- You have done a UX audit and have listed areas for improvement, which eliminates the need for additional preliminary examination.
- You only need a UI design, without having to engage in the UX process.
- You focus on creating a visual identity and need only branding services.
- You only want to do research on user needs, without a full design cycle.
- You need us to prepare desk research for you on a specific topic.
